Livermore Investments Group Limited02 October 2007 2 October 2007 Livermore Investments Group Limited ("Livermore" or "the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding Livermore has been notified that, on 28 September 2007, and 1 October 2007,Groverton Management Limited acquired a total of 5,320,606 ordinary shares inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 35.5p per share. Following this acquisition Noam Lanir, Chief Executive Officer of the Company,is interested in 135,816,172 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 47.8%of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Lanir is interested in theseshares by virtue of the fact that he owns directly or indirectly all of theissued share capital of Groverton Management Limited, which has made theacquisition of Ordinary Shares. As provided for in the Company's articles of association, the independentdirectors of the Company have consented to this acquisition and GrovertonManagement Limited is not therefore required to make an offer to allshareholders on matching terms. Livermore has also been notified that, on 28 September 2007 Ron Baron, ChiefInvestment Officer of the Company, acquired a total of 2,276,167 Ordinary Sharesin the Company at an average price of 35.5p per share, directly and through RBInvestments GmbH. Following this acquisition Ron Baron is interested directly and through RBInvestments GmbH in 11,900,165 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.2%of the issued share capital of the Company.
