Purchase of Own Shares
In accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 28 November 2024, Liontrust announces that it has purchased 60,000 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 422.4 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.

The above figure of 64,525,384 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
