PDMR Dealing
Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE) announces that the Company has been notified that on 6 March 2024, PDMR, Adrian Laffey, transferred 107,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") held by him to an individual savings account ("ISA") held in his name, at a price of 18.5 pence.
The ISA transfer was effected by the sale and immediate repurchase of the Shares. Following the ISA transfer, the number and beneficial ownership of Shares held by Mr Laffey is unchanged.
