Prospective Board Change
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT) announces that, in the light of the announcement made earlier today by Intrinsic Financial Services Limited of a recommended firm intention to make a cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company (the "Acquisition"), it has been agreed that Richard Last, having previously announced his intention to stand down as a director and Chairman of the Company after the conclusion of the Lighthouse Annual General Meeting on 1 May 2019, will remain as a director and Chairman of the Company until the Acquisition process has been concluded.
For the avoidance of doubt, Richard Last will resign as a director and Chairman of the Company once the Acquisition has been completed.
