Director/PDMR Shareholding
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT) announces that Allan Rosengren and Alex Scott-Barrett, Directors of the Company, today purchased 645,000 and 130,000 ordinary shares in the company respectively at a price of 10 pence per share.
These Directors' total interests are as follows:

* Of which, following the purchase of these shares, Allan Rosengren has a beneficial interest in 1,517,000 Lighthouse ordinary shares through his Self Invested Personal Pension Plan.
In addition, Allan Rosengren and Julian Telling, a former director of Sumus Plc are the sole beneficiaries of the Falcon Retirement Benefits Scheme which holds 470,000 ordinary shares in Lighthouse Group plc. These shares, as yet, have not been allocated.
