Exercise of options
Lighthouse Group plc ("the Company") announces that 8,201 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted following an exercise of options by an independent financial adviser pursuant to the Lighthouse Adviser Share Option Scheme. As a result the Company now has 127,700,298 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to take place at 8:00 a.m. on 23 June 2008.
