Director/PDMR Shareholding
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT) announces that David Hickey, Malcolm Streatfield and Peter Smith, directors of the company, yesterday purchased in aggregate 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") in the company at a price of 10.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Their resultant holdings are summarised below:

The transfer has no impact on his ultimate beneficial ownership. Mr Streatfield acquired the additional Ordinary Shares through his SIPP, such that his entire holding of Ordinary Shares is now held through his SIPP.
