Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Loungers would like to notify the market that, as at 31 March 2023, the issued share capital of Loungers consists of 103,332,033 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. This figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Loungers under the DTRs.
