Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), as of 29 February 2024 Loungers' issued share capital is 103,939,639 ordinary shares, of which 195,000 shares are held in treasury. Accordingly the total number of voting rights in Loungers is 103,744,639 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Loungers under the DTRs.

Change of name of Nominated Adviser
The Company has been notified that, as a consequence of an internal reorganisation, its Nominated Adviser has changed its registered name from Houlihan Lokey UK Limited to Houlihan Lokey Advisory Limited. The change has been reflected in the contact details below.
