On 12 July 2023, the Company was notified by Alex Reilley, Chairman of the Company, that on that date he had sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 190 pence per Ordinary Share to settle a tax bill.
Following this sale, Alex Reilley remains interested in 6,751,432 Ordinary Shares representing 6.51 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
