Publication of Final Terms pursuant to the issue of £600,000,000 Fixed Rate Tier 2 Notes due 2055 by Legal & General Group Plc

The Final Terms dated 28 March relating to the issue by Legal & General Group Plc of £600,000,000 Fixed Rate Tier 2 Notes due 2055 (the "Notes") have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and are available for viewing.

The Notes will be issued under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme of Legal & General Group Plc and Legal & General Finance PLC.

The Final Terms should be read in conjunction with the Base prospectus dated 21 March 2025 (the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
