Further to the announcement made by Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") on 25 February 2019 in relation to the appointment of Michelle Scrimgeour as CEO of Legal & General Investment Management, the Company today announces that Michelle Scrimgeour has been appointed to the Board of the Company (the "Board"), subject to regulatory approval. Mark Zinkula stepped down from the Board on 31 August 2019.
