Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") hereby gives notification that Henrietta Baldock has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Rathbones Group Plc with effect from 21 September 2023, subject to regulatory approval.
