The Board of Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Nilufer von Bismarck OBE as a member of the Risk Committee with effect from 1 July 2021.
Nilufer joined the Board on 1 May 2021 as a Non Executive Director and as a member of the Audit, Technology and Nominations and Corporate Governance Committees.
