LED International Holdings Ltd07 March 2008 7 March 2008 LED INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ("LED International" or "the Company") Change to the Board of Directors LED International, the AIM listed (LED.L) manufacturer of LED screens andrelated products announces that after the Annual Meeting held on 18th February2008, the following changes were made to the Board: Mr Lee Man Bun, Mr. Peter Hong-Ming Chau and Dr. Ka Lok Jim retired at theAnnual General Meeting and decided not to offer themselves for re-election. Biographical details of each of the Directors who stood for election at theAnnual General Meeting are set out below to enable shareholders to make aninformed decision on their election: Mr. Thomas Li Xin Li specializes in sales and marketing, products design,development and application of LED products and has 9 years experience in theLED sector. Mr. Li also possesses experience working in high precisioninstrument sales and marketing and has particular strength in LED relatedbusiness development given his strong background in technology together withwell-established experience in international sales and marketing in LED sector. Mr. Li holds a B.Eng. degree from Guangdong Institute of Technology (nowGuangdong University of Technology) and a BBA degree from the Simon FraserUniversity, Canada. Mr. Xiong Yiwei is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong StrongbaseInvestment Company Limited ("Strongbase"), a related company of the Companycontrolled by Mr. Lee Man Bun and has worked with Strongbase from 2003.Previously, Mr. Xiong was the Chief Manager of Jiangxi City Card Investment andmanagement company Limited during the period from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Xionggraduated from Beijing University and the American University of Management andTechnology and had a Master Degree of Science in Project Management. Mr. Dennis Ow currently works for Blue Oar Securities based in Asia. Developingtheir business, identifying new deals and assisting companies raise funds inAsia. Prior to joining Blue Oar Securities, he worked as the Senior BusinessManager of Asia Pacific for the London Stock Exchange for over two and halfyears in which he successfully brought eight companies from Southeast Asia toAIM and two Main Market listings from Indonesia and the Philippines. Beforejoining the London Stock Exchange, Mr. Ow worked for five and half years at apublic listed American company called First Data Corporation specialising inglobal credit cards processing and money transfer, and he was in charge of theirtraining and business development for Greater China. Mr. Ow was educated andraised in Australia and gained an Undergraduate in Marketing and a Postgraduatein Management. Mr. Ivor Colin Shrago is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature (UK) anda solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong. He is currently a partner atEdwin Coe LLP a UK law firm. Mr. Shrago practises commercial property law andgeneral commercial law and has previously spent six years in Hong Kong as anin-house General Counsel of a professional property services group and a directinvestment subsidiary of an investment banking group listed in Hong Kong. Beforeworking in Hong Kong, he had worked for several law firms in UK.
