Total Voting Rights

Following the recent announcement on 28 September 2015 in respect of the Redemption of Shares which took place on 5 October 2015, the Company confirms that the current Total Voting Rights are 118,162,853.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
