Leaf Clean announces that it has today sent to shareholders a copy of the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at the offices of Maples and Calder, Ugland House, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1104, Cayman Islands at 4.00pm (UK time) on 31 December 2018. The Company also confirms that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018 have been sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website.
