Board Reorganisation

London Capital Group Holdings plc (LCG), the online financial spread betting, foreign exchange and derivatives broking company, announces that Raj Gandhi is stepping down from his role as Finance Director during April. Raj will hand over to Simon Denham, the current Chief Operating Officer, who will take over the role, whilst Siobhan Moynihan, who joins the company from Deloitte, has been appointed Financial Controller. Rachel Woodford, currently Marketing Director, will become the new Chief Operating Officer.

The Board would like to thank Raj for his contribution to the business since joining in 2006 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Siobhan joins us from Deloitte where she was part of the LCG client service team and therefore has a good understanding of the business.
