ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited (the "Company")

Directorate Change

The Company has been advised by Mark Huntley that he does not intend to offer himself for re-election to the Company's board of directors (the "Board") at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 25 September 2020, and, accordingly, will step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM. The Board wishes to record its thanks to Mark for his outstanding service over the past seven years.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company is pleased to announce that Fiona Le Poidevin has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2020 and will be proposed for election to the Board by shareholders at the AGM.

Mrs Le Poidevin's appointment follows a rigorous, externally facilitated selection process and she brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, Mrs Le Poidevin has advised the Company that she was a director of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited, a publicly quoted company listed on The International Stock Exchange, from 7 January 2015 until 27 July 2020. She is not currently a director of any publicly quoted company.

Biography for Fiona Le Poidevin

Fiona Le Poidevin is a Chartered Director, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Chartered Accountant and has recently changed career to take up a portfolio of non-executive directorships.

Until July 2020, Fiona was Chief Executive Officer of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited, a company listed on The International Stock Exchange, where her role included strategy formulation, providing team leadership and direction and focusing on opportunities to grow the business.

Prior to this, Fiona was Chief Executive of Guernsey Finance, the promotional body for Guernsey's finance industry internationally. With a background as a senior tax manager with a Big 4 accountancy firm, she has more than 20 years' experience working in financial services in both London and the Channel Islands.

Fiona is a member of the AIC Channel Islands Committee and the IoD Guernsey Committee.
