Completion of placing programme
Ahead of the publication of the Company's annual report for the year ended 31 January 2018, the Company announces that the placing programme, which opened on 27 April 2017, has now completed.
The Board remains unanimous in its ambition to grow the Company, which it believes is in the best interests of shareholders, and intends to put in place a new share issuance programme in due course, further details of which will be set out in the annual report.
