ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited (the "Company")
Publication of Prospectus
The Board is pleased to announce that it has today published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to a Placing Programme in respect of 40* million Shares as described in the circular to Shareholders dated 11 January 2017. Accordingly the Placing Programme is open for a period of 12 months from today's date, unless terminated earlier by the Company.
An electronic copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and can also be obtained from the Company's website at: http://www.lbow.co.uk.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement will have the same meaning as set out in the Prospectus.
* The Directors may resolve to increase the size of the Placing Programme up to a maximum of 100 million Shares without issuing a further prospectus. If the Directors resolve to allot and issue Shares for cash on a non-pre-emptive basis under the Placing Programme in excess of the available existing Shareholder authorities, such Shares may only be allotted and issued subject to the grant of an additional Shareholder authority.
