("LBG Media" or the "Company")
Grant of Share Awards
LBG Media plc (AIM: LBG), the UK-based multi-brand, multi-channel digital youth publisher, is pleased to announce that the following Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") have been granted awards by way of nil cost options ("Options") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP" or the "Plan"). The Awards entitle the PDMRs to acquire ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Shares") up to the maximum number set out below, subject to the satisfaction of stretching performance conditions measured over a three year performance period and continued employment. The Awards consist of a "Base Award" (which will vest subject to stretching financial targets) and a "Stretch Award" (which will vest subject to stretching total shareholder return targets of 30% and 50% CAGR over the three financial years beginning FY23), together the "Total Award".

In addition, in accordance with the terms of his appointment, as compensation for lost earnings and options from his previous employer, Richard Jarvis has been granted a further option under the Plan over 274,509 Shares, which shall vest on 11 April 2025 subject to continued employment (the "New Joiner Award").
