LBG Media plc (AIM: LBG), the UK-based multi-brand, multi-channel digital youth publisher, announces that it has been notified that Alexandra Jarvis, Independent Non-Executive Director, bought 12,492 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 79.95 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Alexandra Jarvis and her closely connected persons are beneficially interested in 23,920 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
