Director/PDMR Shareholding
LBG Media plc (AIM: LBG), the UK-based multi-brand, multi-channel digital youth publisher, is pleased to announce that the following Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") have been granted awards by way of nil cost options ("Options") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP" or the "Plan"). The Awards entitle the PDMRs to acquire ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Shares") up to the maximum number set out below, subject to the satisfaction of stretching performance conditions measured over a three year performance period and continued employment.
