LiteBulb (AIM: LBB), the brand and product development specialist, announces that Directors and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) for the Company made the following share purchases on Thursday 15 May 2014:

* Leigh Webb is not a Board Director but as Chief Operating Officer of LiteBulb is considered to be a PDMR.
