Application has been made for 1,605,057 ordinary shares of 10 pence each fully paid in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 6 July 2009. The application is being made pursuant to the Capitalisation Issue, details of which are given in LAP's annual report for 2008 and further updated in an announcement by the Company on 8 June 2009. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
