REPLACEMENT STATEMENT ON DIVIDEND NOTE
Further to the preliminary results announcement made at 7.00am today under RNS number 1457S, Land Securities would like to clarify the dates around its final dividend payment for the year ended 31 March 2009.
Ex-dividend date: 17 June 2009
Record date: 19 June 2009
Payment date: 24 July 2009
The second sentence of the last paragraph of Note 5 ("Dividends") on page 43 should read as follows:
"It will be paid on 24 July 2009 to shareholders who are on the Register of Members on 19 June 2009."
