Land Securities Group PLC
The Company was today notified by the Trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust of the release of 10p ordinary shares ("Shares") under i) the Long Term Incentive Plan and ii) the Share Matching Plan. The following Directors of Land Securities Group PLC ("Directors") became interested in the net number of Shares at 711.50 pence per share on 30 March 2012 after the sale of Shares for income tax and National Insurance purposes:
