Land Securities Group PLC (the "Company") Non-executive Director's Other Appointment
As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company has been informed that Dame Alison Carnwath, Chairman of the Board and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees has been appointed a Non-executive Director of BP p.l.c. with effect from 21 May 2018.
As previously announced, Dame Alison Carnwath will be retiring from the Board of the Company on 12 July 2018 following the Company's AGM.
