Change of accounting reference date

The directors of Kennedy Ventures plc announce that the Company's accounting reference date has been changed from 31 March to 30 June and accordingly the Company's next accounts to be published will be made up to 30 June 2012. The change has been made to enable the impact of the CVA to be reflected in the balance sheet. The Directors believe this should produce more meaningful information for shareholders. The audited financial results for the 15 month period 30 June 2012 will be released no later than 30 September 2012. The accounts will be published and sent to its shareholders in compliance with AIM Rule 19 by 5 October 2012.

As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:

·; Audited results for the 15 month period ended 30 June 2012 to be published by 30 September 2012

·; Unaudited interim results for the 6 months ended 31 December 2012 by 31 March 2013

Thereafter, interim and annual reports will be published for each for the 12 months to 30 June and the 6 months to the 31 December respectively in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
