Revolving Credit Facility of up to €15m

Keywords, the international technical services provider to the global video games industry, today announces that it has signed a revolving credit facility with Barclays Bank Plc.

The facility has a term of five years and is secured. The initial committed amount of €10m is extendable to €15m at any point during the term with the approval of Barclays.

The facility is intended to be used for both working capital and acquisition financing.
