Kingswalk Investments Limited (AIM: KWI) announces that it has received notification that as of 9 November 2010, Clairefield Holdings Limited now controls the voting rights in respect of 5,042,770 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company constituting 9.48% of the total voting rights that currently exist.
