Annual Information Update
KSK Power Ventur plc, a leading developer and operator of private power plants in India, announces that its Report & Accounts for 12 months ended 31 March 2010 was posted to shareholders on 30 July 2010.
A copy of the Report and Accounts has also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. Further copies are available from the Company website www.ksk.co.in.
Under Prospectus Rule 5.2 all information which has been made available to the public by the Company over the previous 12 months in the UK is outlined below. In order to avoid an unnecessarily lengthy document, information is referred to in this update rather than included in full.
