Keras Resources plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

 

As announced on 3 February 2017, with the passing of the resolutions the second tranche of shares as consideration for the repayment of loan notes will now be issued.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
