Keras Resources Ltd, the Australian gold mining company, announces pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:
Brian Moritz, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, has been made aware that European Business Jets plc, a company of which he was formerly a director, was placed into liquidation in February 2009, within 12 months of his resignation.
