Directorate Changes
Kodal Minerals, the mineral development and exploration company owning extraction and exploration licences for phosphate, iron and copper projects in Norway, announces that Guy Eastaugh and Emin Eyi have today tendered their resignations and are to step down from the Board of directors of the Company with immediate effect.
David Jones, Chairman of Kodal Minerals, commented: "On behalf of the Board and the management team I would like to thank Guy and Emin for their support of the Company's development. We wish them both well for the future."
Due to the size of the Company and the scale of its current activities, the Board of Kodal is not planning to appoint any further directors at this stage.
The Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee will now comprise David Jones, Markus Ekberg and Robert Wooldridge. Both committees will be chaired by David Jones.
