The Company has been notified that on 10th of February 2016, Gráinne Burns and a Connected Person purchased 50,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 201.3p.

Following this notification, Gráinne Burns and her Connected Person have a reportable shareholding of 1,030,072 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
