Person Closely Associated ("PCA") shareholdings
The Company was notified on 6 September 2021, that Kerry McCann, a PCA with Richard McCann, Director, sold 32,300 ordinary shares in the Company at an aggregated price of £19.80 per ordinary share.
Following this notification, Mr McCann and his Person Closely Associated (PCA) have a reportable shareholding of 4,629,282 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 3.75% of the issued share capital of the Company.
