The Company has been notified that on 29th of December 2015, Stephan Sakowicz and a Connected Person sold 7,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 253.0p.

Following this notification, Stephan Sakowicz and his Connected Person have a reportable shareholding of 185,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
