Kainos Expands Its Americas Workday Operations
Kainos Group plc (KNOS), a leading digital technology company and Workday Inc. (NASDAQ:WDAY) Services Partner, operating in two specialist divisions, Digital Services and its Workday Practice, today announces the acquisition of UNE Consulting SRL and UNE Consulting LLC ("UNE").
Kainos and UNE have been working on joint Workday projects since 2019 and the acquisition builds on this successful relationship. UNE was founded in 2011 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and offers deep expertise in the full range of Workday services, including Workday Financial Management and Workday Human Capital Management.
UNE has an experienced team of 42 consultants who are working across multiple international projects in the Americas, as well as Europe and Asia.
The acquisition is Kainos' fifth in the Workday partner ecosystem and the second in the Americas, after the acquisition of IntuitiveTEK, based in Denver, Colorado, in 2020. The acquisition adds to Kainos' growing presence in the region, whilst enhancing the Company's ability to bring value to its customers. Kainos will be acquiring the whole UNE business.
The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
