Director Share Purchase
Kromek (AIM: KMK), a worldwide supplier of detection technology focusing on the medical, security screening and nuclear markets, announces that Rakesh Sharma, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 178,454 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Sharma has an interest in 178,454 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
