Kromek Group plc (AIM: KMK), a leading developer of radiation and bio-detection technology solutions for the advanced imaging and CBRN detection segments, announces that Rakesh Sharma, Chairman, has today sold and repurchased 587,602 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to effect an ISA transfer.
Following these transactions, Rakesh continues to have an interest of 1,207,539 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
