Directorate update

The Board of Keller Group plc today announces that our Chief Executive Officer, Michael Speakman, will be undergoing necessary medical treatment. Michael will continue in his role with the support of David Burke, Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Committee and the Chairman. Michael will remain actively engaged in key strategic decisions and day-to-day leadership. The Board and the entire company are fully supportive of Michael during this period.

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 9.6.11R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
