Keller Group plc (the Company) Share purchases to satisfy Performance Share Plan awards
Keller Group plc announces that on 14 March 2008, it purchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares of 10p each at 695.0 pence per share through Dresdner Kleinwort. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares and were purchased specifically to satisfy awards under the Keller Group Performance Share Plan 2004 previously approved by shareholders.
This purchase equates to approximately 0.1 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 225,000 of its shares in Treasury and has 66,079,235 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
