Keller Group plc ("the Company")
Keller Group plc was advised on 21 April 2008 that Mr Robert Rubright, a Director of the Company, had exercised an option over 32,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company (`Shares') at a total exercise price of one pound and had simultaneously sold 14,000 Shares at a price of 719p per Share to meet the tax liability arising on the option exercise.
Following this transaction, Mr Rubright has a beneficial interest in 58,000 Shares, together with an Option over 70,000 Shares under the 2001 Share Option Plans and 114,121 Shares conditionally awarded under the Performance Share Plan.
