Berkeley Scott Group Plc17 October 2005 Berkeley Scott Group Plc ('Berkeley Scott' or the 'company') Trading Update Following the end of the trading year on 30th September 2005, the Board ofBerkeley Scott announces that the company is trading in line with managementexpectations. As previously stated, 2005 has been a difficult year for the business as aresult of slower than anticipated revenue growth. In response the Group hasrestructured its senior management team in tandem with undertaking a completereview of the Company's operations.
