Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Kier Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market that, as 30 June 2022, the Company's issued share capital comprised 446,241,682 ordinary shares of 1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 June 2022 is 446,241,682.
The figure of 446,241,682 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
