ANALYST AND INVESTOR SEMINAR
Kier Group plc, a leading property, residential, construction and services group, is today holding a seminar for analysts and investors on the Group's Residential business.
The event will include presentations from the Kier team that will explore the Group's Residential offering, with a particular focus on its mixed-tenure housing delivery model. No new material information will be disclosed.
The UK housing market continues to face a number of challenges that are leading to a significant imbalance between the supply and demand of affordable housing. Through its Residential division, Kier is working closely with local authorities, registered providers and central government to address these challenges.
The Group offers its clients a broad range of capabilities covering all stages of the housing development process, from feasibility and funding through to building handover, property sales and housing maintenance and management.
With a mixed tenure pipeline of more than £600m providing good revenue visibility for the business over the next three years, the Group is well positioned to assist its clients to develop their portfolios for both private and affordable housing purposes and to deliver the maintenance requirements thereafter.
The analyst and investor seminar will take place at Numis Securities between 10.30am and 12.30pm, and the presentation will be made available on Kier's website thereafter at http://www.kier.co.uk/investor-relations.aspx.
