Directorate change
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that Dame Heather Rabbatts will be stepping down from the Board of the Company with effect from 30 March 2023 to focus on her other commitments outside of Kier. A search for her replacement is underway and an announcement in this regard will be made in due course. Justin Atkinson, the Senior Independent Director of the Company, will take on the role of the Chair of the Remuneration Committee on an interim basis until a successor is in place.
Matthew Lester, Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Heather for her contribution to the Company over the last three years and for her leadership and guidance as Chair of Remuneration Committee. We wish her well for the future."
