BLOCK LISTING
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
The Shares will be issued pursuant to the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016 and will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to be effective on 25 March 2020.
